Workman Event is a proud event partner and full service supplier to Järvaveckan, an important meeting place for open conversations and broadened horizons. Our collaboration with Järvaveckan started in 2018 and since then we have been involved in developing the event in its physical form.

Optimal planning for the dynamics of Järva Week

We work actively with the organizer to plan the layout of the area to create a smooth and well-organized environment for visitors and participants. With around 50 tents, 4 seminar stages (one with live streaming) and an impressive main stage where everything from party leader debates to live artists take place, we create a dynamic and engaging environment.

In addition, we take care of electrical wiring, plumbing, cleaning and toilets to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone. For exhibitors, we supply everything from carpets and printed veils to furniture and displays to maximize their presence and visibility. With responsibility for the graphic production, we ensure that signs and decoration reflect the identity and message of Järvaveckan.
